Our Return Policy
We want you to love your MEHRI jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact us through our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Step 3: Carefully package your item in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or piece, please follow the return process above and indicate that you would like an exchange. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
